Le Conseil des Ministres du Rwanda, reuni hier vendredi 13 mai 2022 sous la Présidence de son Excellence Paul Kagame, Président de la République du Rwanda, a nommé Monsieur Célestin Tawamba, Consul honoraire du Rwanda au Cameroun, avec Résidence à Yaoundé.
