Le CMAG est heureux de partager avec vous cette annonce sur la formation de praticiens en arbitrage international qui se déroulera courant 2022.
La formation sera dispensée par le Pr. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Wahab, Funke Adekoya, SAN, Tunde Fagbohunlu, SAN, Walid Ben Hamida, Michel Massih Q.C., Nagla Nassar, Michael Sullivan Q.C., Marie-Andrée Ngwe, Gisele Stephens-Chu, Baiju Vasani, Steven Finizio, et le Pr. Emilia Onyema. Cette liste sera complétée bientôt par d’autres personnalités faisant autorité dans le domaine de l’arbitrage en Afrique.
Walid BEN HAMIDA et Gisèle STEPHENS-CHU interviendront en présentiel.
Cette formation est le fruit de la collaboration de quatre centres d’arbitrage : le Lagos Chamber of Commerce International Arbitration Centre (LACIAC), à Lagos; le Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage du GICAM (CMAG) à Douala; le Kigali International Arbitration Centre (KIAC) à Kigali; et le Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) au Caire.
Le CMAG accueillera la formation à Douala du 6 au 8 juin 2022, en présentiel. La formation sera dispensée en langue française.

CMAG is pleased to share with you this announcement on training for practitioners in international arbitration 2022.
The training will be delivered by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Wahad, Funke Adekoya, SAN, Tunde Fagbohunlu, SAN, Walid Ben Hamida, Michel Massih Q.C., Nagla Nassar, Michael Sullivan Q.C., Marie-Andrée Ngwe, Gisele Stephens-Chu, Baiju Vasani, Steven Finizio, and Prof. Emilia Onyema. This list will soon be completed with other authoritative figures on the field of arbitration in Africa.
Walid BEN HAMIDA and GISELE STEPHENS-CHU will intervene in person.
Four African Arbitral Centres: Lagos Chamber of Commerce International Arbitration Centre (LACIAC) in Lagos; CMAG in Douala; KIAC in Kigali; and The Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) in Cairo; will collaborate to deliver the training over 2022.
CMAG will host the training in person in Douala from 6-8 June 2022. The training will be delivered in French.
