Le Groupement Inter-Patronal du Cameroun a le plaisir d’annoncer le retour, Mercredi 17 avril 2019, des dîners-débats du GICAM sous une formule rénovée. Désormais appelé « Le Débat-Patronal », cet espace d’échanges de haut niveau, lieu de valorisation de l’entreprise, de partage d’expériences, de pratiques et de connaissances, passera à une fréquence semestrielle et connaîtra d’importantes innovations tant sur la forme que sur le fond.
Outre la pertinence de la thématique, un accent est désormais mis sur la qualité des contenus et sur l’interactivité des échanges. Les intervenants, représentants différents groupes de pensée ou d’enjeux, formeront un panel d’échanges sous la conduite d’un modérateur et autour d’un seul exposé de cadrage fait par une personne ressource, le Key Note Speaker.
La première édition sous cette nouvelle formule de débat-patronal aura pour thème : "Franc CFA : Atout ou Frein à l’émergence des pays de la zone CEMAC ?". Ce sera l'occasion d’un échange dépassionné sur la situation et les perspectives de la monnaie commune de notre zone, sujets qui concernent en premier lieu les chefs d’entreprises, mais dont ils sont, à leur corps défendant ou non, généralement restés absents à ce jour.

THE FRANC CFA DISCUSSED AT GICAM
The Cameroon Employers’ Organisation is pleased to announce the comeback of GICAM’s diner debates, on Wednesday, April 17th, 2019, under a refurbished form. Now called "Le Debat-Patronal", this space of high-level exchanges, place of valorization of the company, of sharing of experiences, practices and knowledge, will be held on a semi-annual basis and will experience important innovations in terms of form and content.
In addition to the relevance of the theme, an emphasis is now placed on the quality of content and the interactivity of exchanges. The speakers, representatives of different think tanks, will form a panel of exchanges under the guidance of a moderator and around a single framing presentation made by a resource person, the Key Note Speaker.
The first edition under this new formula of “Débat-Patronal” will have for theme: "Franc CFA: asset or hindrance to the emergence of the countries of the CEMAC zone?” This will be the occasion for a dispassionate exchange on the situation and the prospects of the common currency of our zone, subjects which concern in the first place company managers, who unwillingly or willingly have generally remained absent to date.
