We are excited to inform you about an upcoming debate webinar titled "The Battle for the Top Arbitral Seat in Africa" scheduled for the 19th December 2023 at 17h00 WAT, 18h00 CAT or 16h00 GMT and the duration will be 90 minutes including a 20-minute Q & A segment.
The webinar promises to be a noteworthy event in the field of international arbitration and the questions for the debate will focus on legal frameworks, infrastructure, political neutrality, the efficiency of institutions, and the presence of qualified arbitration practitioners.
This debate will feature speakers representing various African jurisdictions, including:
